A response to the sector's twofold reality.
The Costa del Sol residential sector is going through its greatest period of growth and transformation. And in that context, traditional trades are losing generational succession while technical demands keep rising.
The Jamena Foundation is born to solve both realities: to offer real opportunities to people with barriers to entering the labour market, and to guarantee the continuity of the specialized talent that High Construction requires. The training programs are free, hands-on and designed around the sector's real needs — masonry, carpentry, electrics, landscaping — with a direct path into employment. The headquarters will be in Cancelada, Estepona, with its own space featuring classrooms, an auditorium and an exhibition hall.

- Salvador Mena started out as a shepherd and found in construction an opportunity to move forward. That is the origin of everything.
- Training. Hands-on programs aimed at employability, directed at people in vulnerable situations who find in the trade a real opportunity.
- Innovation. Traditional trades evolve. The Foundation integrates technology and research to adapt these disciplines to today's demands without giving up their essence.
- Culture. A space for learning, the spread of knowledge, and the recognition of the trades as the sector's living heritage.
“We were pioneers in the construction of high-end villas on the Costa del Sol, and we want to be pioneers too in how we give back to society everything it has given us.”
